GS is right. Kids are cruel. They end up projecting their parent's value systems on their peers.
That's life. Learning to deal with it makes us adults.

Until then, gay couples with children would be accepted in our neighborhood. I doubt that they would be so much in AL's or even GS's & JDF's. We happen to live in a gay friendly community, and I've got to say that I'm more concerned with the ignorant young people and their drugs(aka "youffs"} than what people are doing in private.
Everyone wants the status quo. Gay folks with kids tends to rock the foundation of what most of us have been told is "right".
For me, I'd have no problem with Reason adopting a child -- except for the organic cows and pigs he keeps. And I personally think that children need a bit a junk/sweet food now and then to keep the demons at bay. Since I've been to Reason's organic paradise I've decided that he would be unfit as a parent because carob chips with organic soy milk DO NOT EQUAL non-organic, white sugar laden chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven.
